These terms apply to flashready.in, run by DVM Techno, India. By using the site you agree to them.
Using the site
You may read, learn from and build the projects on FlashReady for personal, educational and commercial work, within the licences below. Don't copy whole pages to republish them as your own.
Code and licences
- Code written by FlashReady (everything in our
sketches/folders) is released under the MIT licence. You can use it in your own projects, including commercial ones. - Libraries, board cores and tools we use keep their own licences. See our verification page for the versions we build with.
- Page text, wiring diagrams and illustrations are © DVM Techno. Short quotes with a link back are welcome.
Electrical safety
Electronics can damage equipment, start fires or injure people when wired wrongly. You are responsible for checking every connection, voltage and power supply before switching on.
Mains voltage (230 V AC) can kill. Projects that switch pumps, motors, lights or sockets must have their mains side installed by a licensed electrician, with a properly rated contactor, an MCB, an RCCB/ELCB and earthing as described on the project page. Never work on a circuit that is plugged in.
No warranty
Content and code are provided “as is”. A “Verified” badge means the code compiled on the versions shown — it is not a guarantee that a project is fit for a particular purpose or will work with your parts. To the extent the law allows, DVM Techno is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site, its code or its projects.
Playground and browser flasher
The Playground's emulator and previews are learning aids; real hardware can behave differently. The browser flasher writes firmware to the board you connect — make sure you've selected the right board and project. Flashing replaces the program on that board.
Acceptable use and blocked projects
You must not use FlashReady, its code or its tools to build, share or request:
- Wi-Fi jammers, de-authentication (“deauther”) tools or any RF jamming device;
- captive portals or other tools designed to steal passwords, OTPs or other credentials;
- anything designed to access, disrupt or damage other people's devices or networks without permission;
- anything illegal under Indian law, including unlicensed transmitters on restricted bands.
We remove such content and may block access for anyone attempting to publish it.
Affiliate links
Some parts lists link to shops that pay us a small commission. Prices and stock are set by those shops. See our affiliate disclosure.
Trademarks
ESP32 is a trademark of Espressif Systems, Arduino of Arduino S.r.l., and Raspberry Pi and Pico of Raspberry Pi Ltd. We use these names only to describe compatibility. FlashReady is independent and not endorsed by them.
